By booking an appointment with Glow Naturally, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Appointments

All treatments are available by appointment only and can be booked online, via WhatsApp or directly in the studio.

I recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time, particularly during busy periods.

Booking Deposit

A £20 deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments and will be deducted from your treatment total on the day.

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Changes

I understand that sometimes plans change. However, as Glow Naturally is a small, independent skin studio, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on my business.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

• Changes with 48 hours' notice: Your deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours: The full treatment fee will be payable.

• Missed appointments: The full treatment fee will be payable.

• Rebooking: A new £20 deposit will be required following a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that you can enjoy your full treatment experience.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Treatments & Results

Every treatment at Glow Naturally is carefully tailored to your individual skin concerns, needs and goals.

While specific results cannot be guaranteed, I am committed to providing the highest standard of professional care, advice and personalised treatment plans to help you achieve the best possible results.

For optimal results, I may recommend a combination of professional treatments, a consistent home skincare routine and nutritional support where appropriate.

Advanced Treatments and Aesthetic Procedures

If you have recently undergone any advanced skin treatments or aesthetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling or chemical peels, you must allow a minimum of 2 weeks before having a facial at Glow Naturally.

Please be aware that certain procedures may require a longer recovery period and you must check with the practitioner who has performed your treatment that it is safe to proceed with your facial. For your safety, I reserve the right to postpone or adapt your treatment if necessary.

Product Purchases & Returns

I take great care in selecting high-quality skincare products and nutritional supplements for Glow Naturally.

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of purchase, so I can assist you.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to the studio's returns policy. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Health & Wellbeing

Your health, comfort and safety are always my priority.

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures or changes to your health before your appointment.

This information allows me to ensure that your chosen treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored to your individual needs.

In some circumstances, treatments may need to be adapted or postponed for your wellbeing.
