Terms and Conditions

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact glownaturallyskinhealth@gmail.com or 07581195683 at least 48 hours in advance.

If appointments are cancelled or missed within 48 hours of the booked slot 100% of the fee will be required.

Evening and weekend appointments require a £20 non-refundable deposit. If wanting to make changes to evening or weekend appointments 7 days notice is required.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

​

Please arrive for your appointment at the confirmed time, no more than 5 minutes prior. Should you be late for your appointment the time of your booking will be reduced. Please contact on 07581195683 to advise of any delays.

Glow Naturally reserves the right to end client relationships and refuse treatments at any time. 

​

If skincare and product advice is carried out at Glow Naturally and products are purchased at an alternative provider, Glow Naturally reserves the right to terminate services. 

​

Glow Naturally will not accept liability for any damage or loss of any items in the studio or left on the premises.
