Returns Policy

Here at Glow Naturally we really hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if there is an issue and you would like to return to us, you have 14 days to return any products purchased as long as they are unopened and in the condition you received them. 

In the unfortunate event that products should arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and a replacement will be sent to you at no extra charge. Please note the faulty or damaged item will need to be returned to us. Please contact us via email or call 07581195683 to report the issue.

Please include your full name and order number with all returns. 

Goods returned that are not damaged or faulty must be paid for by the customer using a postal or courier service. If a refund is being issued the initial delivery fee will not be refunded. If you are wanting to exchange any goods a new delivery fee will be charged. 

Please note any refund that is issued will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving the returned goods for a refund to be visible. Please note it can take slightly longer depending on the bank used.
